Sharks
by
Jonathan Carmody
Tiger sharks in the dark.
Cruising wild and free.
He’s all alone he has no home deep in the dark blue sea.
Hunger intense he starts to sense motion he cannot see. He changes his course with fiery force to see what the disturbance can be humans wailing limbs are flailing,
As his fin slices into view hunger raging teeth are engaging flesh and bone askew.
Rage abated hunger stated oblivious to the horror above no remorse this is the course for a life devoid of love
